Like everything else these days, buying that vacation property can be a complicated ordeal, if not downright frustrating. The kind of help that only a real person, with real knowledge about the real estate market and the various communities in Northwest Lower Michigan can provide. I have lived in Charlevoix for 35 years, have an appraiser's background and am a current member of the local board of realtors, as well as a standing member of the Charlevoix Downtown Development authority.
